Sunshine 7s - Men’s Pools & Game Schedule
The games start at 1220 sharp.
Captains need to be there by 11.30 to turn in rosters & waivers. CAPTAINS MEETING at 1200 noon.
EVERYONE MUST SIGN THE WAIVER FORM! Teams need to have their rosters and waivers together (please put waivers in the order of the roster to make it easier to check).
MEN’S POOL:
20 sides entered. Everyone gets 3 games - the final 4 teams get 5 games.
There are 4 pools of 5 teams so everyone gets 2 games early.
The best record in each pool goes to the semis.
Everyone else gets a consolation match.
If 2 teams go 2-0 in a pool play, then those 2 sides will play against each other. The winner advances and the loser is done for the day (3 games).
If all teams go 1-1 in a pool play, the team to advance will be determined by try difference (scored tries minus tries allowed). If there’s still a tie it will then be determined on points difference (points for minus points against).
