Who knew two such good looking guys could be born on the same day??? Darren and Matt are having a party Sat. night. We are meeting at Howl at the Moon at 9:30. If you would like to meet at Darren’s and go with the birthday boys we will be drinking at Darren’s on Livingston St. from 7:30 to 9. Hope to see you all there.

For the entire month of July, practice will be held at Ward Field, west side of Showalter Field. Training will run from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
There will be no Touch Rugby get together this Sunday, 7/6, because of
the long weekend. We will resume again next Sunday, 7/13.
At present Touch Rugby is being played each Sunday from 10.00 am - 12.00
pm at Blue Jacket Park on the edge of Baldwin Park.
We have had good initial turn outs to the three sessions held so far. In
addition to getting a great cardio work out, we have been learning the
International Touch Rugby rules, terminology, techniques and strategies.
The game is very different than the pick up version of touch we are all
probably used to.
Some folks have expressed difficulty with the Sunday morning time slot
due to church or other family commitments. As a result we are
considering adding an additional night or moving it to a weeknight.
Monday (6.15 pm - 8.15 pm) is the favored night and time as it works
best with those who travel during the week for business.
