Anthony Marino and Alex Myers, former Orlando Warriors and current Orlando Griffons, represented the U-20 Florida Thunder against the age grade San Luis club. In total San Luis had 8 members that are considered Pumas, representatives of Argentina’s U-18 and U-20 national team, and were a very worthy adversary. The U18 Thunder lost 27-24 and the U-20 score was not immediately available.
It was clear in watching both games that all Orlando participants performed exceptionally well and played major roles in their teams success. They are products of youth rugby development here in central Florida. Congrats all on representing not only your state and country well, but ORFC and its youth program affiliates.
