The DII side beat the Pelicans 55-5 in St. Pete. The DIII side didn’t fare as well suffering it’s first loss of the season at Brevard 50-3.

Our U19s won 34-19 against Lincoln Park Academy. Slow start, with LPA putting up 12 unanswered points in first 20 minutes. Orlando then wakes up and starts to play rugby after a rumbling, driving run through the middle of the LPA defense culminating in a diving try by Jacob Ponder (Flanker).  Jacob was named Man of the Match.

Other tries were by: TJ Ramos (Prop), Conner Hoff (scrum half) and Casey Gerlach (#8). Clearly, the forwards were getting it done.

Conner went 6/7 kicking, including a beautiful 20 yarder from the side-line (4/4 conversions, 2/3 penalties).

Next week the DII side is off and the DIIIs head off to Sarasota. The U19s play Brevard at home.
